• Xfoods is a multi-brand F&B startup that is growing rapidly and requires a strong operational team, especially the restaurant manager who is responsible for the operations of the Nolda Pocha restaurant.
• * What do we expect:
• Daily report to operations leader at xfoods.
• Have good time management and problem management.
• Manage and lead a kitchen operations and service team of around 10-20 people.
• Work in a structured and measurable manner, Firm, fast, and responsible in their field.
• Oriented to quality and sales targets.
• Ensuring inventory management, workflow, menu quality and daily services run well.
• Analyzing the outlets requirements, customers needs, and being able to continuous improvement.
• Able to handle consumer complaints properly.
• Willing to be placed in all xfoods outlets throughout Indonesia.
• * Helpful background for this role:
• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B and 1 year as Supervisor/Assistant manager/restaurant manager in fast food.
