Office Management (Administration & Office Support) We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team.
This is a part time fixed term contract for Parental Leave starting April 2023 until May 2024.
Preferably someone who can work school hours, Monday to Friday – 32 hours per week.THE ROLEThe Office Manager is charged with the responsibility of managing the administration requirements nationally such as.Management of Debtors and Creditors.Ensuring financial cut offs are met.Resolving customer invoice queries alongside the credit controller.Managing staff training expirations and bookings.Arranging bookings for staff out of town, accommodation etc.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-respected ICT business, that is also part of the TPT Group of companies.SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo be successful in this role you’ll need:
