ComplyAdvantage is looking for a driven and talented Finance Manager experienced in Revenue Controllership. We are building cutting edge solutions that help reveal the truth for a safer world and stop money ending up in the hands of terrorists. You will join the Group Finance Team, implementing best in class financial controls around ComplyAdvantage’s revenue cycle, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of critical revenue data.
The Role
We are looking for an experience Finance Manager – Revenue Controls to join our Group Finance Team team. You’ll get involved in:
• Implementing best in class financial controls around ComplyAdvantage’s revenue cycle
• Ensuring that critical revenue systems are integrated and data therein is accurate, complete and up to date
• Leveraging these revenue systems to provide enhanced and up to date reporting on critical revenue targets (ARR)
• Establishing policies and procedures around the revenue cycle to ensure that correct... processes are adopted by the business
• Ensuring that sales orders are recorded correctly in our subscription management system and our ERP
• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close on the Revenue cycle
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Reporting on deferred revenue, income in advance and accrued income
• Business partnering and collaborating with sales teams on customer contracts, customer queries and deal terms
• Working with FP&A on sales forecasts and delivery
• Analysis on customer retention, churn and write offs
• Interacting with our auditors and being the key face of the Revenue cycle
What does success look like after 3 months?
• Identified and documented critical controls, policies and procedures
• Timely and complete revenue data being reported to management
• A roadmap to improving controls and efficiencies around the revenue cycle
• Beginning to understand and grasp other areas linked to revenue such as Sales Commissions and Bonuses.
The Requirements
We’re looking for a smart and motivated individual that takes pride in their work and contributes to an informal working environment. You will be confident in your ability to deliver on the points covered above, taking into account the following:
• Qualified Chartered Account, CIMA, ACCA, ACA
• Previous Experience in a Commercial Finance or Group Finance role, preferably with exposure to the Finance Revenue Cycle
• Experience working in a multi-national entity using multiple currencies
• Experience in audit, as well as experience with Xero or Maxio would be a benefit
