We are looking for a GIS Specialist who will contribute in the implementation of services rendered by the Technical Support Services Division by performing the tasks assigned in accordance to quality standards set by the Company.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to clients through calls, emails, and on-site visits.
• Install and configure ArcGIS components according to the system architecture; configure ArcGIS Online.
• Perform advanced GIS processing tasks using the ArcGIS Platform.
• Assist, prepare project documents, such as User's Manual and Operational Manual.
• Create and prepare Map Documents and publish GIS Services necessary in creating GIS applications based on an approved design and based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Design databases (GIS and Non-GIS) and create database schema that meets identified requirements.
• Create prototype according to customer’s requirements.
• Conduct presentations and software demonstration according to... customer’s requirements.
• Research and document product functionality matrix.
• Set-up classroom environment for classes to be conducted by Training Division.
• Formulate hardware and network recommendations based on customer needs
