Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
• Provides guidance to team members to manage HR tasks:
• Recruitment (mass recruitment, headhunting, internal promotions e.g.)
• Administrative (gathering and accurate transmitting information to support the payroll process)
• Employee experience (organizing social & thematic events)
• Leads local HR team in daily huddles, discuss and continuously improving on HR key metrics
• Overseeing and coordinating team’s performance, workload, and productivity
• Acts as HR Business partner for the management team/ offers coaching and support for each team
• Demonstrates high proficiency in managing & prioritizing various recruitment processes

General HR activity:
• Ensures that all the HR processes and daily activities are managed effectively;
• Successfully covers all the opened positions and creates a pool of local potential talented candidates;
• Manages the retention of employees and creates in advance retention actions to maintain a low level of... attrition;
• Collaborates frequently with Optima HR team to improve internal processes and to plan HR activities;
• Responsible for administrative and reporting tasks aligned with the business requirements;
• Plans resources and manages retention of employees together with the management team;
• Facilitates professional development opportunities (Management Trainee program, Isell, internal opportunities);
• Follows with the management team – employees' performance, reinforcing goals, provides coaching and feedback to management based on the teams' performance.
