Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer [ATT] is a highly skilled professional responsible for providing technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting of a variety of ATT products and services. As a maintenance engineer one may be required to remove old equipment and train staff on equipment operating procedures.

Our technicians earn between $384.50 – $1105.5 weekly. With our amazing salary opportunities, our average starting salary begins at $31,239 per year.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Work... closely with the maintenance team and other departments to resolve maintenance issues and improve operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Evaluate and make recommendations for equipment upgrades and replacements
• Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance reports and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver licence.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs – some of our ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder safety.
• At times work in confined spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.).
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colours.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Bonus:

Sign-on bonus is paid out as follows: $1,000 upon successful completion 90 days in the position; $1,500 additional paid upon the obtainment of 6 months service, and additional $2,500 upon the obtainment of 1-year service, provided the employee has no COBC violations or written disciplinary actions
