The location of the restaurant is Grand Cayman, which is part of the Cayman Islands located in the Caribbean Sea.

Mykonos brings an upscale Greek Summer dining experience to the stunning shores of Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach. Launching in 2023, the luxurious 300-seat destination will cater to guests from all over the world, offering excellent food, beverage and entertainment. In addition to the Greek islands influenced menu which will incorporate Asian dishes. Mykonos will operate a bakery with a strong focus on fresh authentic pastries and gelato. Greek summer dining is a way of life.

Education and Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Demi Chef de Partie role
• pre-opening and opening experience required)
• Intensive experience in a upscale restaurant environment or in a Michelin or Gourmet dining establishment is a requirement
• High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional... communication

Job Summary

• We are looking for a flexible, passionate and dedicated individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the all expectations are met.

• Managing a given station in the kitchen and ensuring a smooth workflow in compliance with quality and hygiene standards.

• Ensuring impeccable preparation, quality and attractive presentation of our cuisine in line with our high quality standards.

• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.

• Ensuring that food losses are kept to a minimum.

• Creative support in the development of new food concepts.

• Food orders in coordination with the supervisor as well as controlling the daily merchandise receiving.

Salary: Hourly rate, eligible to participate in the gratuity- and additional tip pool
