The Corporate Treasury & Risk manager is responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of the Offset Solutions business, which include financing, cash flow, hedging, insurance coverage, and relationships with financial partners and institutions.

He or she has a profound understanding of the financial and insurance markets, the economics of the business, and the associated risks.

JOB:
• As key member of the finance leadership team, you contribute and collaborate with your finance peers in support of the CFO and the Offset Management;
• You assure and negotiate appropriate financing solutions;
• You review and negotiate insurance programs;
• You manage insurance claims and settlements;
• You manage capital planning and debt;
• You maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to better utilize the organization’s bank services;
• You define currency hedging policy and supervise hedging processes;
• You monitor cash management process and accuracy of cash... reporting;
• You supervise the day-to-day operations in treasury and insurance;
• You manage a small team of treasury and insurance staff;
• You ensure compliance with bank credit agreement(s).

PROFILE:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Minimum of at least 3 years of progressively responsible treasury management experience;
• Manufacturing/product-based industry experience is preferred;
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes;
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions;
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely manner;
• Analytical thinker;
• Solid understanding of accounting rules and government policy;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
