International Motors Private Limited is a leading trading and manufacturing company specializing in distribution & manufacturing of top-quality trailer components across India. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Accountant to lead our accounting team and ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial information in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Ind AS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
• Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled in accordance with Ind AS.
• Oversee the preparation... of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations and Ind AS requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making in accordance with Ind AS.
• Manage the company's relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders in compliance with Ind AS.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in accordance with Ind AS.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate the risk of fraud and error in compliance with Ind AS.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA or equivalent.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with demonstrated experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls in compliance with Ind AS.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of accountants effectively in compliance with Ind AS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management in compliance with Ind AS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders in compliance with Ind AS.
• Excell in Tally Prime.
