We are seeking an experienced Roblox Instructor/Teaching Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with Roblox and a passion for teaching children. The Instructor will create and deliver engaging and age-appropriate classes for children. The Teaching Assistant will help children in answering questions and support the Instructor in-class activities.

INSTRUCTOR

What You Are Going To Do
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for teaching Roblox to children
• Create hands-on projects and activities to keep children engaged and interested
• Assist in selecting appropriate learning materials, tools, and resources for teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents on their child's development if needed
• Lead teaching assistants to ensure an effective and creative learning environment
• Continuously seeking improvements in teaching practices and new technologies

What You Bring To The Team
• 1+ year of experience in... Roblox teaching, with a focus on project-based learning and integrating technology into the classroom
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children and parents
• Passion for teaching and desire to inspire children in learning
• Ability to adapt to new technology and tools as needed
• Good English, especially speaking skills, is a plus

TEACHING ASSISTANT

What You Are Going To Do
• Help children by answering their questions, giving feedback and suggestions to improve their products
• Support Instructor to handle activities to keep children engaged and interested
• Assist Instructor to build teaching materials if needed
• Support school events like the open day and demo day

• Experience with Roblox
• Passion for education and desire to inspire children in learning
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with children
• Willing to learn new skills
