To assist the Assistant Manager/Production Executive in managing a group of worker
and operators consistently according to... production schedule. Manages production
through proper planning, execution monitoring, safety measure and motivation of
subordinates.
Ensure daily production meeting target and schedules.
Train subordinate to ensure continues performance improvement and sustenance.
Motivate subordinate in a team to achieve production target and high quality.
Analyze production problem and take corrective action in a timely manner.
Be aware of machinery condition and to coordinate with maintenance for proper
up keeping of machinery.
Maintain good order and discipline; ensure company rules and regulation safety
rules are properly implemented.
Maintain standard of housekeeping of the plant.
Maintain and ensure all procedures of ISO 45001, ISO 14001(Environmental
Management System) and ISO 9001 are properly implanted for a safer workplace.
Maintain standard of quality product process control
Report any accident and damage of property and equipment to the immediate
superior as soon as possible, irrespective of whether or not there is any person
injured.
