JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Lead a large work team to accomplish the production objectives such as productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Planning and executive of production to meet targets with proper work flow and optimum use of resources.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve all operational problems pertaining to production.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment practices in meeting the set standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strictly implement Quality Management System practice in production department. Continuously improve the production process and procedures for operational excellence.
• 5. Resolution of all operational, manufacturing, and... maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and to prevent operational delays.
• 6. Strictly enforce 5S in production department and maintain tip-top housekeeping at all times.
• 7. Co-ordinate with sales and marketing team for the sales forecast data, product complaint, new product development and promotional items.
• Continually work towards productivity improvement in operations

Qualification:-
• Degree/ diploma in chemical engineering or in chemistry with relevant experience in supervisory position in production for at least 10 years.
• Experience in production of detergents and house hold cleaning products/ formulated products is preferred
• Good background in Planning / Materials management / ISO9001/ISO14001 & ISO45001 QMS are essential
• Required Problem Solving and Creative Thinking skills
• Able to work at Alor Gajah
