Job Description

In this position in our Quality department, you work towards the highest level of quality in our production environment. To do so, you investigate customer inquiries and complaints, non-conformities and help with corrective and preventative action plans. Together with several other departments, you work to continuously improve our processes and production process.

As a Quality Engineer, you... have an inquisitive mind that helps you lead the RCCA and 8D processes. By collecting, analyzing, and reporting of data and KPI’s, you help identify trends and areas of improvement.

Auditing is another strong suit for you, working to ensure continuous compliance from both internal and external checks. By evaluating findings, you are again instrumental in corrective and preventative actions.

You have a World Class Manufacturing mindset and are adept to working in a Continuous Improvement environment.

Qualifications
• You have a relevant education on HBO-level or higher in either Aerospace, Engineering, business management or similar
• Relevant working experience as a Quality Engineer in a similar or comparable industry
• You have intimate knowledge of Quality systems and tools
• Experience in ISO
9001 (AS9100) and/or EASA Part 145 Aerospace regulations are a very strong plus
• An analytical mindset, capable of extracting statistics and reporting in clear and concise manners
• A Continuous Improvement working experience (LEAN Manufacturing)
• English in reading and writing;
Dutch is a strong plus
