We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate female pilates instructor who specialises in reformer pilates to join an established pilates and spinning studio in Saudi Arabia Package - basic salary of 17000-19000 SAR 4500- 5000 per month - commission on personal training- visa medical insurance- paid annual leave- 2-4 weeks paid accommodation for the initial settling-in period- annual flights to home countryRequirements Pilates certification Reformer certification Personal training certification REPS Level 3 or equivalent 1-2 years experience 20-40 years old English speaking Calm and bubbly personality Works well in a team Respectful amp professionalResponsibilities Conduct private classes with experienced clients pursuant to company standards 4-5 classes per day Provide technical support to the Front Desk to respond to client inquiries Ensure daily upkeep and weekly maintenance of equipment Create tailored programs for private clients of all fitness levels and ages based on... their goals abilities and physical limitations Utilize all forms of Pilates equipment and props as well as mat based exercises Instruct clients on using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including but not limited to Reformer Springboard Exo-Chair hand weights etc to ensure a safe yet creative experience Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment Building studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales amp services Being a motivating and inspiring force Acquiring certifications and undertaking training as necessary to ensure instructing standards are up to date Focus on client retention through email correspondence and by keeping thorough notes for each client to track their progress and to ensure they are challenged and given variety in every workout
