Job Responsibilities- Establishing and controlling technological processes for production.- Establish a system to prevent and review the causes of product quality degradation.- Building processes and implementing processes for developing new models.- Set norms and control norm of the factory.- Advise senior management on relevant issues in the factory.- Managing operations of technical & QA department, lab room, inspection room & chemical warehouses.- Create good relationships with other departments and divisions in the company.Necessary Skill / Experience ・Age: 30-40・Gender: Male preferable・Education: Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering・English : Intermediate Level・Experience: - At least 4 years of experience working as QA Senior Engineer/Leader in textile dyeing company
