Our client is a global consultancy with strength in transformation and advisory in life sciences. The company established its first Asian office in recent years and has since expanded to 3 offices in Asia. They are ready to include Japan to the portfolio and looking for the first hire and leader in Japan. Responsibilities will include project delivery, client engagements, operations, growth, sales and marketing with a focus on client engagement and delivery. There are projects in the pipeline with need to local Japan presence and use this opportunity to grow their global footprint. The successful person will have a blended background of client services, delivery, and operations. Start up experience is not required but may be beneficial.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Japanese / English - full business proficiency
• Successful track record of client engagement in Japan
• Experience with Life Science clients and understanding of unique challenges and business processes
• Experience... leading large, complex SAP engagements is a preferred
• Director or leader role in consultancy is a plus
• Experience with start up business is a plus
• Technology leaders in Life Science industry also welcome to apply
