PRN Licensed Practical Nurse:Benefits Include but not limited to:

As an Addus Nurse, you will:
• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform selected nursing procedures, commensurate with experience and education within the scope of LPN/LVN practice including but not limited to: tracheostomy care, colostomy care, enemas, douches, catheterizations, dressing changes, and phlebotomies.
• Provide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by... the RN.
• Monitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observations.
• Monitor and record intake and output. Report significant changes immediately.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise the delivery of excellent client service.
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current practical nurselicensure.
• At least 1yearof practical nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
