The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
• Observing and recording patient behavior
• Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Collecting patient health history
• Counseling and educating patients and their families on treatment plans
• Administering medication, changing wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Reading and interpreting patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
• Consulting with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
• Directing and supervising nurses, nurse assistants and nurse aides
• Researching ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes

Ideal Profile
• You have at least 2 years experience including... solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
