Our Client a Leading Big Box Retailer is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader

The Ideal Candidate will be an accomplished retail manager with a minimum of 1-2 years previous retail supervisory experience in a similar large format store. They will be extremely customer service orientated with excellent people management skills

The Successful Candidate will be responsible for:
• Working with the sales team to drive profits, manage controllable costs and encourage sales
• Delivery of KPI’s and management of P&L ensuring all costs are controlled
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Analysing trade reports and category performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Communicate with senior management and the head office, reporting on all sales reports, working to create action plans to increase performance
• Ensure products are up to quality... standards and maintain the store’s visual presentation.
• Monitor competitors and react accordingly
• Communicate with the buying office regarding product selection
• Train, lead and motivate a sales team of 20+
