Salary: €35k DOE

Who you are as a Store Manager:
• You will have previous experience in retail management at a senior level
• Experience managing teams
• You will be an ambitious leader, with strong commercial acumen
• Have a genuine passion for customer service
• A proven track record for exceeding KPIs and targets

Roles and Responsibilities as a Store... Manager:
• Achieving sales targets
• Ensuring your management team are effective, organized and achieving success within their departments
• Motivating your team and ensuring they are fully trained to deliver the highest possible standards within the store
• Ensuring the store is consistently reaching targets and KPIs
• Leading by example within the store
