Who you are:
• An enthusiastic individual who strives in a target driven environment
• Previous retail experience, preferably on a management or supervisory level
• Passionate about standards and customer service

Your roles and responsibilities:
• Leading, training, and developing a team of colleagues
• Achieving KPIs and sales targets outlined by senior management
• Driving sales and standards in store
• General merchandising and promotional activities
