QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Actuarial Science or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in an actuarial role covering both pricing and valuation

• Support product development & pricing, prepare and submit product filing materials to MEF, conduct product presentations to MEF, and respond to any queries.
• Monitor the product performance... competitive landscape, and economic and investment conditions, and assess the implications of actuarial assumptions and product strategy.
• Monitor and participate in local regulatory developments and assess the business implications. Proactively raise and discuss with the Appoint Actuary and product & pricing Share Service teams.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Shared Service teams to bridge the gap and deliver all actuarial requirements in Cambodia. Have a detailed understanding of the actuarial results, assess and communicate the implications to the relevant local stakeholders.
• Review the work performed by Shared Services, e.g. data, model, methodology, assumptions, trend, and reasonableness checks.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, controls, and results, in line with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Finance, Legal, Risk, etc) to achieve common goals and provide actuarial knowledge and advice as required
