Level – Junior 2+ Years’ Experience

Location: Hybrid – Remote with 1 – 2 days in office, South Dublin

Contracting Role July – Dec 31st, 2022, scope to extend

(Communications experience is key for this role)

The Role
• To provide project admin support for a number of strategic projects and programs under the direction of the Senior Strategic Program Manager.
• To provide support in the preparation and review of weekly, monthly executive reporting.
• To develop standard project branding, strategic communications, engagement templates and materials to support new and inflight projects and programs.
• To support the Senior Strategic Program Manager in managing the monthly budget process for the Commerce Customer Engagement team.
• To provide support in the analysis and provision of data insights on customers and project data.

Experience
• Communications experience
• Program, project and change management planning and execution experience required.
• High proficiency... in PowerPoint required.
• Microsoft Experience preferred.
• Years of experience- Minimum 2-4 years of experience
• PowerPoint proficiency
• Project management experience
