About the Opportunity

Here in Ireland, with offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast, our growing Water team boasts an extensive portfolio working on high profile, challenging projects, providing multidisciplinary solutions to water and wastewater, clients both here and in the UK. From feasibility studies and planning, to... design, construction management and operations and maintenance, we bring together the talent and expertise necessary to deliver success.

We currently have opportunities for Project Managers ideally with relevant sector experience to join our Water team, based in our Dublin, Cork or Belfast Offices. Successful individuals will become part of a respected and ambitious company with excellent career prospects and international opportunities.

Project Managers within our team undertake a key role in understanding and delivering on our client requirements. You will be required to work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets and to exceed our clients' expectations. As an individual we would look to you to show experience in leadership, delivery performance, excellent communication skills combined with being a team player. The knowledge, skills and experience we value are varied as we continue to develop diverse teams.As a technical leader you deliver complicated work, train and develop more junior staff and take responsibility for review and assurance of others' deliverables. You are commercially astute with an strong understanding of services in the Utilities business and are able to drive growth through commercially viable innovation, targeted sales and excellent delivery.

With a sound understanding of project management principles and application, you will have:
• A good understanding of current health, safety and welfare legislation
• High quality degree relevant to the environment, water, or construction sectors
• Working towards or Chartered or Incorporated through a relevant Professional Institution
• Good understanding of the technical work undertaken in the environmental/water sector
• Able to operate autonomously, with authority, skilled in developing and building relationships
