Their highly skilled and dedicated team of lawyers advises clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment, real estate, intellectual property, restructuring and insolvency. The firm is predominantly commercial litigation with a small amount of transactional. Due to the growth of the business and a high volume of work, opportunities have arisen for Senior Associates/Special Counsels to join its busy team. Your new role • Running end-to-end litigation matters autonomously • Reviewing and interpreting legislation • Drafting pleadings • Drafting of affidavit evidence • Advising clients • Briefing and instructing counsel • Attending court • Mentoring junior staff What you'll need to succeed • Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia with 7-10 years PAE • Current Australian Legal...
