From small engagements around specific regulations to ongoing managed services, we help each organization better define, implement and operationalize data privacy programs.The RoleYour Responsibilities will include:Be able to complete personal data discovery and mappingConduct an in-depth gap analysis benchmarking organizational compliance level with Data Privacy guidelinesEnsure that controllers and data subjects are informed about their data protection rights, obligations, and responsibilities and raise awareness about them.Give advice... and recommendations to the institution about the interpretation or application of data protection laws.Create a register of processing operations within the organization.Ensure data protection compliance within the organization.Handle queries or complaints on request by data subjects and employees.Conduct Data Privacy training for departments within the organization.Ideal ProfileSkills Required:Bachelor's Degree in law or related fields.Knowledge of and experience with relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations (Thailand PDPA, EU GDPR,) and industry standards and frameworks, such as GAPP.Ability to efficiently understand client organizations and their business model and to tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.At least 2-3 years of proven experience in consulting, compliance, legal business other related roles.
