Role Overview:
Fabric is looking for a a product photographer with a strong portfolio, the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced digital photo studio, and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
They will be able to work independently with minimal direction, as well as partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing and Tech.
The successful candidate will bring innovation to high-volume photographic workflows, reducing the operational cost while improving the quality of imagery produced.
In addition to producing images and video, it will be required to manage, edit and disseminate multimedia from... 3rd party sources (vendors, customers, etc).
The Imaging Specialist will report to the Lead Photographer and will be tasked with contributing to the creative vision for product and lifestyle images on Fabric.
com.
This role balances strategic exploration with day-to-day operational execution.
Responsibilities:
o Execute high-quality digital photography for multiple categories used on Fabric.
com; maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivityo Retouch and color correct images to ensure continuity and qualityo Partner with 3rd party sources to obtain product and lifestyle images and video, ensuring they meet established specificationso Continuously improve workflows and processeso Drive decisive on-set troubleshooting of photography challengeso Balance individual productivity and execution, while maintaining high standards for shooting web-based images/videoo Own all product images on site, audit for accuracy and quality, consistently strive to provide the best experience by leveraging industry best practices and innovationo Become a subject matter expert on all studio production software and analytical toolso Assist with creating training and SOP materials.
