• *What you will do:**

+ Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of the companys complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems.

+ Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines

+ Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines

+ Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing.

+ May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new processes.

+ Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.

+ Interact with customers to resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues/problems with limited to no supervision
• *Who you are:**
• *Minimum Qualifications**

+ Masters degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics
• *Preferred Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with working in a cleanroom environment

+ Fabrication and characterization skills

+ Etch & deposition process skills

+ Experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques.

+ Interest in advanced technology and an on-going desire to learn.

+ Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines.

+ Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners.

+ Collaborative environment mindset.

$84,000.00 - $115,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
