How nice that you are interested in the Nurse/care assistant position with us! We are looking for colleagues for Antnäs home service. Our premises are located on Gevärsvägen 1 in Antnäs, a beautifully located place approx. 2 miles south of Luleå. You drive a company car between most home visits and it is possible to walk between some home visits.

WORK DUTIES
The tasks with us are varied. You work to provide support and service based on the user's individual needs, resources and opportunities and are responsible for ensuring that they receive good nursing care in their home. You belong to a team with different professional professions who together want to create the best conditions for the people we exist for.

With a focus on the user, you must, with the help of our shared value base, work to develop well-planned and flexible solutions. Documentation is an important task and you are responsible for documenting in Treserva according to the Social Services Act.

Offering skills development is important to us. Both for you who want to develop and for you who are at the beginning of your job career to have a good foundation to stand on when you start with us. There is an opportunity both for you who are a care assistant to study to become a nurse or for you who are a nurse to deepen your knowledge in, for example, dementia.

The working hours are varied and you work according to the day/evening/weekend schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have good empathetic skills and are responsive to our users and their relatives.

We are looking for you as
• is a trained assistant nurse or has other training that the employer deems relevant to the assignment
• have professional experience
• has good digital skills and is used to documenting
• has a B driving licence
• have a good ability to understand, read, speak and write Swedish

It is advantageous if you have experience with the planning tool TES, which is used in home care.
