We are looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…
• Assist to oversee the entire operations of hotel reservation centre
• Administer daily operation of Reservation Centre, coordinate the training processes and motivate the Reservation Team
• Establish procedures for updating and maintaining hotel rate information and package plans
• Manage team performance with cost effectiveness and attention to customer services

You can go that extra mile by using... your skills and qualities including…
• Minimum 4 years relevant hotel experience. Familiar with reservations tasks and its workflow
• University or post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required
• Excellent communication skills. In depth knowledge of HMS is preferable. Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Outgoing personality. Aggressive in selling. Well-organised and a good planner. Independent & ability to work under pressure. Good team player & able to develop sound working relationships with team members
