We’re looking for a commercial and highly analytical Paid Media Lead within the EMEA Direct to Consumer organization headquartered in Houthavens in Amsterdam and working across all the EMEA websites. Reporting into Ecommerce Marketing Manager EMEA, and leading one direct report (potentially three by the end of the year) and the performance marketing agency, the role is responsible for building the best-in-class traffic acquisition strategy, leading the agency to develop and execute effective PPC, Paid Social, and... Display campaigns that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Trade team as well as the agency to optimize campaigns and allocate budgets appropriately to ensure maximum ROI.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Building, budgeting, implementing and executing New Balance websites’ traffic acquisition strategy and performance marketing campaigns with our financial revenue and ROAS targets, whilst maintaining a clear focus on our Global brand and consumer strategy.
• Develop and lead effective paid media strategies in partnership with the agency across multiple channels, including social media, PPC, and display,
• Managing a team of external and internal performance marketing specialists and agencies (Paid Search, SEO, Display, Paid Social) and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget by our external stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee key E-commerce projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Conduct industry research to stay up to date with trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Graphic Design, Analytics, Trade and Merchandising, to align campaigns with overall business goals.
• Build reports and dashboards to analyze campaign data in order to provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.
• Demonstrate a passion for retail and sneaker culture, staying informed of the latest trends.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
• 4+ years of experience directly managing digital performance media channels, focused on PLA, Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting, Display and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Programmatic Display.
• Experience managing agencies and working collaboratively with internal teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (e.g. GA360)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Clear understanding of, and passion for, sneaker/fashion/youth culture and sports and a natural brand guardian
