About the opportunity

One of the leading offshore firms in Cayman is seeking a 5+ PQE Corporate Lawyer to join its team, to cover a broad range of transactions.

As the successful Corporate Lawyer, you will be working in a transactional role on matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals (public and private), investment funds, private equity, corporate structures and restructures. Your transactions will typically be high-value and multi-jurisdictional in nature.
About you

You should have 5+ years post-qualification experience for this role. You should have strong corporate experience working for a major firm and hold an excellent academic track record. You must be qualified to practice law in the Cayman Islands, within the UK (i.e. England & Wales), New Zealand, Australia, or Canada. Lawyers admitted in Ireland who are eligible for admission in a UK jurisdiction are also encouraged to apply.
