Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English. Portuguese would be considered a plus.:
• *One to two years of legal experience **at a leading law firm and/or in:
house at a major multinational corporation (preferred).:
Ability to develop secure solutions during complex contract negotiations with clients.:
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate... complex issues and projects with diverse levels of management and employees.:
