• Remote or on-site monitoring and quality control of Telecom sites.
• Develop and update quality control check list based on the site requirements.
• Remotely verify the work done at site using online project management tool and assure the quality of the work done at the site.
• Provide training to subcontractor team members.
• Analysis to snags encountered at different sites, take preventive actions using the processes and checklist.
• Generate daily and weekly reports related to quality issues and actions required.
