software development, hardware development, mechanical design and testing for
the next generation concept of Industry 4.0.

Project
information:

We would like to
invite you to cooperate on the development of synchronous electromotors for
commercial vehicles (buses, trucks, mining vehicles, …). We focus on complete product
development with emphasis on creation of 3D, 2D data and simulations of single
parts of motor (rotor, stator, shaft, housing, …) to complete and complex
assemblies and their integration across the entire product lifetime from sample phase till series
production.

For our mechanical
team in Prague, we are looking for a reliable and independent mechanical design
engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering with experience also with
simulation. He must have knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes (casting,
molding, machining, sheet metal forming, welding)- mandatory... knowledge due to
mechanical changes (3D/2D) and material selection for different parts and
assemblies during whole product lifetime. Very good knowledge of languages
(English B2 / C1) and knowledge of PLM program- Teamcenter and CAD program- NX.
Requirements are also skills and communication experience with suppliers, customers,
and other internal departments (production plants in China, development
departments in Germany and USA, project management, logistic, purchasing,
quality, type test, software, hardware) on daily basis.

Your task will be:

Complete synchronous electric motor product portfolio
management, support and maintenance of individual parts and complex assemblies

·
Creation of technical documentation for prototyping
and production needs

·
Creation and changes of models and drawings in CAD
tool NX

·
Advanced participation in product development
internally and in collaboration with suppliers

·
Communication with suppliers, customers and other
internal or external departments

·
Development and implementation of design changes
together with customer and research and development

·
Creation of own work instructions and processes,
planning

·
Responsibilities for products in case of sample or
series production and for their changes

·
Support design with performing of own simulations (FEM-
NX Nastran / SIMCENTER)

·
BOM maintenance

What we will appreciate from you:

A degree in mechanical engineering is a must have
