Location: Primarily remote (occassional travel to office may be required - frequency TBC)

Overview

"Delivery of a project to manage the development and transition of customer lead management and marketing activities from third party suppliers into new internal VWFS technical landscapes (including Salesforce), together with the identification and development of associated data requirements and migration activities.

The project involves management of
• Outsourced Salesforce development & test resources (working in Agile, sprint based deliveries),
• VWFS internal development changes through internal IT teams/quarterly planning process (data required to support the solution & integrations)
• Changes to APi integrations to & from source systems
• Internal regression testing and deployment to VWFS... Salesforce environment via 3rd Dev Ops resource
• UAT
• Data migration & validation
• Network rollout and training
• Standard project documentation including plan, RAID, status reporting, project management meetings
• Dependency identification and management
• Stakeholder management including Business Sponsors, Business Lead, VWFS Salesforce Product Owner & Product team, VWFS IT teams (where dependencies), VWFS Sales representatives, VWFS internal users, VWFS Solution Architect & BA, 3rd party project teams and resources

NB: Scope is defined and all business requirements documented. SoW and deliverables from 3rd parties clearly understood
