Receptionist / Front Desk Attendant Job in Toronto, ON at NASCO inc. –

Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk of the office (greet and direct employees and colleagues).

Monitor/answer the phone.

Provide support to different departments (paperwork, filing, emailing, calling).

Data entry through specialized software. No prior experience with the software is required, the candidate should be comfortable and willing to learn the software.

Organize and file physical and online company documents.
