We are recruiting our new Project Manager – Digital Health Solutions SRC to join our Commercial - Marketing team in the UK, Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden.

Let's talk about the role:

As Project Manager – Digital Health Solutions, your primary objective will be to identify, drive, and implement projects that enable ResMed's Sleep – Respiratory Care (SRC) Business to create profitable longitudinal integrated care models that are sustainable and scalable. You will be responsible for leveraging ResMed's connected solutions and developing innovative service models around these solutions, with a focus on implementing them in reimbursed channels for the respective regions. In this role, you will also implement Marketing Excellence across the geographical span of the UK and Nordics and enable effective collaboration from the EMEA product marketing team, global product management team, and other business functions with the local country teams within the region. You will support and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans in the region by owning the above-mentioned projects.

Let's talk about responsibilities:
• As Project Manager – Digital Health Solutions SRC ,UK & Nordics, you will be a key contributor in our hospital markets marketing project management organization responsible for the implementation of projects that allow us to deliver on our long-term strategy.
• Support the Senior Project Manager for the management, implementation, and execution of projects in the different countries of our region with the goal of creating monetizable, scalable, and reproducible end-to-end solutions that add value to our customers.
• gather and interpret market, customer, and business requirements that guide the delivery of optimal customer results and user experience.
• maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project. You will support the Senior Project Manager to implement strong project management practices (scope creation, change requests, issue management, risk management, and decision tracking) and contribute to implementation methodologies and management best practices.
• ensure a continuous refinement of projects and related products based on customer understanding, data-driven insights, managing project risk, schedule, and stakeholder expectations (including mitigation plans).

Let's talk about the position challenges:
• Key contributor to the execution of a mission critical part of the SRC strategy.
• An integral business role requiring excellent communication and influencing skills to manage the internal and external environment.
• Requires experience and understanding of project management and marketing approaches and processes.
• They will be also responsible for creating the project timeline, and then ensuring everyone is aligned and executes to this timeline.
• Must be financially inclined, as they will be responsible for owning the project budget.

Let's talk about the position specific skills:
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PRINCE 2, Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, financial management, operations management, and market analysis.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Commercial focus, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities to generate revenue, reduce costs, or improve efficiency.
• Fluency in English. A second language, such as Swedish or Finnish, is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Travel requirement: up to 20%

Let's talk about qualification and experience:
• Degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in tech, marketing, or project management.
• Relevant project / programme management experience in digital solutions within the within the medical device, life-sciences sector
• Experience in using different project management tools.
• Medical device experience within respiratory medicine and or digital health
