Job Title: Senior Software Consultant

Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage overall changes in relation to our client need to manage and implement new ICT systems and conceptualize initiatives;
• Facilitate project activities for a smooth rollout of any system required by our client
• Oversee the change process for system enhancements and managing our client and other suppliers (including checking that they deliver their deliverables on schedule and informing our client of any delays)
• Manage application development and maintenance issues with users and suppliers
• Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with users and understand users’ requirements
• Adhere to quality management system (“QMS”) and other audit requirements; and
• provide to AGC status updates of application development or maintenance.

Required Experience And Skills
• A degree in computer... science/information technology or related area;
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the ICT industry;
• Have completed at least 2 full cycles of software development lifecycle;
• Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills;
• Results-oriented and customer-oriented;
• Good team player with strong organization and people management skills;
• Good competency in spoken and written English

Preferred Skill
• Project management experience;
• Project management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP;
• Working in the public sector/Government agencies;
• Agile project development;
• Continuous integration (CI) / continuous deployment (CD);
• Use of data visualization tools and reporting tools;
• Use of robotic process automation tools, low-code form building and reporting tools;
• implementation of system in cloud environment (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP
