Job Summary
• Assist in HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, compensation & benefits administration, training, performance management and staff relations
• Assist in the payroll & MPF process with Finance Department
• Organize various staff and company activities
• Prepare and compile various HR reports
• Assist to conduct orientation and induction program for all new recruits
• Assist in preparing training materials as required
• Monitor training to ensure that due dates or times are not missed
• Track and register all training course and programs
• Preparation of training manuals and aids as requested
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources/ L&D, with exposure in hotel industry is highly preferable
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal... skills and can work independently
