Lead Learning Mentor - Ealing West London

Remedy Education are currently looking for a very experienced Learning Mentor to lead the team in an Alternate Provision that we work with based in Ealing.

The School we are working with support students with Special Educational Needs - this could be students that have learning difficulties, have Social, Emotional or Mental Health Needs.

Your role would be to lead the current team of Learning Mentors within the school and overlook learning's for the students of the AP whilst trying to push the students to do the best that they can academically and help students with their SEN needs.

The role will be full-time, starting in January. The role also offers great progression with staff often employed on a permanent role and pushed up through the AP as they look to employ for promotions internally.

Ideally you will ideally have a wealth of experience as a Learning Mentor/Behaviour Mentor (preferably experience in a leadership role) and... experienced in assisting students with careers.
