Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Lead the creation of high-quality animations and CGI that meet project deadlines and specifications.

• Ensure that all animations and CGI are optimized for efficient use in various media.

• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.

• Develop workflows and processes to optimize the animation and CGI pipeline.

• Work with the creative team to ensure that all animations and CGI are integrated into the project seamlessly.

• Communicate with clients and the project team to ensure that all animations and CGI meet their needs.

• Assist in the management and mentoring of junior CGI/Animation artists.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in animation, CGI, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in animation and CGI, preferably in a creative agency or animation studio.

• Expert-level knowledge of animation and CGI software such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, LightWave 3D, Daz Studio, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Arnold, Redshift, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Houdini, Unity, or any other relevant software.

• Strong understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior CGI/Animation artists.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Performance Goals and Objectives:

• Produce high-quality animations and CGI that meet project specifications and deadlines.

• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.

• Assist in the management and mentoring of junior CGI/Animation artists.

• Collaborate effectively with the creative team and clients.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

• 20,000 to 34,000 INR per month.
