What you’ll be doing...
• Optimizing Query performance in terms of cost in Cloud Big Query.
• Developing and deploying Python based custom / auto-heal solutions using Cloud Functions, Pubsub, BQ etc services in GCP.
• Creating infrastructure using Terraform and optimize the custom terraform modules.
• Developing ansible scripts and integrate with Terraform as part of application environment provisioning in GCP.
• Collecting, integrating and developing platform observability dashboards.
• Developing and configuring Jenkins jobs and... its integration with Git and artifactory registries.
• Analyzing and designing SRE solutions on top of existing GCP networks spanning across different GCP projects.
• Resolving user issues for data services in GCP like dataproc, dataflow, composer, GKE, storage, Compute, BQ, cloud functions.
• Developing docker images and integrate them with security scan tools.
• Developing digital solutions like Slackbot and deploy them to production.
• Handling production support activities and following incident management process.
• Implementing GCP monitoring requirements and implement its integration with third party APM, alert management tools.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in DevOps / SRE experience in GCP.
• Experience in Jenkins CI/CD.
• Experience in GCP services - Dataproc, dataflow, Cloud Function, BigQuery, Composer, GKE, IAM.
• Experience in Python and GCP client libraries.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A Master’s degree.
• Good Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts based on business requirements.
