Design Studio Administrator

Our client is a prestigious Real Estate Developer in the Toronto area. We are conduction a search for a Design Studio Coordinator to assist with the overall operations of the Design Center.

Key Functions And Duties

Design Studio Renovation
• Helps to outline, communicate and assist Manager with the Design Studio Operations
• Works closely with Interior Designer, Construction, Vendors and Marketing on Design Studio Renovation project from inception through construction and completion; collaboratively choosing selections that will sell and appeal to our customers
• Helps direct internal and external teams on Design Studio flow and customer experience
• Works closely with External Interior Designer, Construction and Marketing on Design Studio space planning, layout and utilization of displays, storage and customer work stations
• Works closely with internal teams and external Marketing Agency on Green City Branding and customer experience within... the Design Studio
• Works closely with internal teams and external Marketing Agency on Design Studio Grand Opening Event
• Ensures design quality and intent
• Organizes and maintains Design Studio
• Ensures Design Studio is kept clean and presentable at all time

New Home Community Set Up and Model Home
• Works closely with Design Consultants, External Interior Designer and Marketing to achieve Model home proposals by outlining, budgets and colors/theme schemes
• Works with internal team to develop products and provides constructive proposals and insights
• Works closely with Marketing to coordinate with Third party stagers and Interior Designers for all model suites/homes
• Reviews Schedule A, Features and Finishes list, Model Home Handout and Specifications list and promotional collateral to determine missing material specifications
• Works with Construction/Contracts to create Design Studio Pricing Books for each community
• Validates pricing, compares pricing and reviews floor plans
