Position
• Provide support to International staff on hardware, software and account related issues
• Support and maintain International’s Active Directory using Azure AD
• Classify and resolve support requests from member firms
• Create, delete and edit Office 365 user accounts using Microsoft Admin console and PowerShell scripts
• Maintain joiner and leaver requests from member firms
• Support the global collaboration platform by working with member firms to ensure data is relevant and up to date
• Providing reports on Microsoft licenses, active users and other relevant information using Power Bi platform
Education and Experience
• Experience working within professional services IT department
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Basic administrative skills
Abilities
• Ability to inspire and motivate all levels of staff
• Ability to think and act proactively
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Motivated to learn and develop... oneself
