We are pleased to be able to represent one of the leading collaborative teams of Architects , Urban Designers and Landscape Architects in their recruitment of a Project Landscape Architect.

This role will be based in their established design led London office. Our client is leading the way in research and sustainability working towards a more socially responsible approach to design and use.

The ideal person would have a good collaborative work approach , be working with clients listening and challenging to co create the brief then building teams to make it happen.

This opportunity would cover the following responsibilities:

• Establish and document project requirements clearly

• Lead on the design and delivery of projects of any size and/or take a senior role within a large team

• Contribute to project design and technical reviews

• Assist with financial management and resourcing of projects

• Assist with bids, competitions, and interviews for new work

• Maintain good... relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Co-ordinate design work as necessary with other consultants

• Produce design and technical drawings

• Produce presentation material and reports

• Maintain project primer as appropriate

Required Skills:

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

• Superior design eye and drawing skills

• Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and visually

• Knowledge of UK legislation, planning, construction and health and safety

• Understanding of Revit

• Knowledge of Adobe packages.
