Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, planning and implementing the marketing and sales strategy for the Power Quality Products, Sweden base business in accordance with the global strategy Establish sales targets and ensure their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed Responsible for achieving assigned order intake, margin and related objectives for the entire product... portfolio Drive evaluation of potential new and existing customers and their needs and lead the team in a proactive post-sales approach with a focus on solutions Identify, monitor and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels, evaluating pricing impact on the results Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the sales and technical sales team (SE & INOPC) are properly organised and skilled Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

Your background:
We are looking for self-motivated and reliable team leader with a result oriented working style. You are ready to work in a collaborative international and multicultural work environment. 5 or more years of experience in sales/marketing and having engineering background is preferred. You are used to handle many tasks simultaneously and to work structured and methodically. You are communicative and outgoing person who has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working and committed to customer satisfaction
