Functional Overview:  The Copywriter's main role is to develop content that can be published across all social platforms, provide copy for collateral materials about the company’s products and services, and strategically plan and curate the type of marketing content that is to be put out by the said company. They must also conduct research and stay up to date on the latest industry developments, as well as track and analyze competitors’ data in terms of content, both in traditional and online media. Duties and Responsibilities: Pieces of Content as per agreed content calendar Creative and new forms of media and content as per content calendar All preside activation material published as per preside publication list Pre content creation brief shared to marketing director for approval Research industry related topics (combining online sources, and studies) Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services Proofread and edit blog posts before publication Coordinate with... marketing and design teams to illustrate articles Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic And such other tasks as may be given by the EMPLOYER and/or Client analogous to the foregoing. Minimum Competencies: Computer proficient Good Communication Skills Proficient Technical Writer Minimum Qualifications: Must possess at least a college Bachelor’s degree related to the fields of Communication, Journalism, Business, or Marketing. 1-2 years of related work experience is preferred.
