What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a full time Quality Manager to work 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-16:00 Friday.

You will be responsible for the daily management of the quality departments to ensure that the needs, expectations, and goals of the business are met, both in terms of quality assurance and operational product and process quality. You will have a proven track record in driving quality improvements in a quality management or manufacturing position within an automotive or similar high volume, fast paced, agile, dynamic, manufacturing environment.

You will possess a degree level qualification or equivalent experience and previous automotive experience. You will have full working knowledge and... understanding of APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP. The successful candidate will be an excellent leader with proven competent management skills. We would like to you develop the team and be willing to continuously improve.

Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be reliable and flexible with excellent timekeeping. You must be prepared for solo foreign travel at short notice when required, therefore a current valid passport and full driving licence is required.
