POSITION SUMMARY In the development and implementation of strategic media plans on a timely basis in order to maintain good relationship with local and media oversea. Tasks such as drafting of written materials, monitoring news for preparing daily report, maintaining contact with different parties for updated information, managing the media database and supporting Corporate Public Relations team in a timely and proactive manner. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES . Work closely with Manager in handling corporate enquires and support all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities . Gather factual knowledge and information when media is involved . Responsible for news monitoring and news clipping . Assist in corporate PR events including result announcements and press conferences . Assist in administrative and office works when required . Work closely with and assist other teams when required.
